The open, unique office setting, the dedication to comfort, and the exemplary staff contribute to my pleasure in keeping appointments. Also,the business staff worked with me on developing a plan and payment schedule that allowed me to get the dental work I needed

Hi my name is Katrina Moore. My first visit at the James River Orthodontics was phenomenal. I was greeted at the door by Ms. Kristen. Kristen showed me around and was very polite. She made a difference and we all know that first impression is everything. I will return back this month for my invisalign which I'm very excited about. Thank you James River Orthodontics!!!

The staff at JRO are the BEST! I think Kristen said it best "It all starts with Dr. Scarborough and trickles down". Kind hearts always find kind hearts.I travel all the way from Nottoway County because the services is that spectacular.

This is the best orthodontist office ever! Starbucks, frozen yogurt, iPad's, a friendly staff, and a superb orthodontist. Where can you go wrong? We've loved coming in for treatment for our daughter for the past year and a half, and we are so thankful for the superb work they do.

Always the best service! Lauren, Saruah, Lynn, you name it -- we are so well taken care of and happy to be there. I have never had kids excited to have an orthodontist appointment before. We look forward to every appointment. I always feel like everything is explained well and that we are in the best hands! My kids are actually sad to get their braces off because it means less visits.

I can't say enough about JRO. They truly care about their patients and the Richmond community. I have to say that they make it FUN. The office is gorgeous and the location could not be better.
