These folks will quote you a good-sounding price, and then mislead you into providing your own parts on the pretense that it will save you money. When you bring in your parts, then they tell you that they're going to charge you extra labor since you're providing your own parts! Highly unethical. They also charged three hours labor for what they had earlier told me was a one-hour job.

These folks need to be honest about how much the repair will cost, and they also need to be more willing to interrupt the boss when he's "at his beach house" if there's a problem.

Take your business to Ronnie at Regency Tire and Auto instead. He's honest and does good work.
