Davis & Williams Optometrists

i am very dissatisfied with these people. i went in for an eye exam for my contacts.it took 15 days to get my first trial pair of contacts. they didnt fit. then a second pair were ordered. another 15 days later, i went in to try them out. the right side worked fine but the left didnt. i was told to dispose of that pair and a third pair would be ordered. another 14 days went by.finally, i tried the third pair and the left side worked fine, but the right side didnt. the doctor told me to wear them for the rest of the day to see if the right contact would settle. it never did, so i went back for a fourth time. i told her that i couldnt see out of the right contact, so, instead of ordering another pair, Ms. Davis wrote a prescription out for the left contact of the most recent trial pair and the right contact of the other trial pair. so, here i am almost two months later, without a pair of functioning contacts. i asked about a new pair of trials and was told that i didnt get another pair. How is it MY FAULT that she doesnt know how to do her job?I NEVER RECEIVED A PAIR OF FUNCTIONING CONTACTS. i think this is totally unfair, since i PAID for the eye exam and a trial pair of contacts and didnt receive that. the doctor also didnt check the fit of the contacts this most recent time, she acted like it wasnt her problem that she cant do her job. i think its down right stupid that Lisa Davis even has a job. I sure wish she would get her act together. Working in the service industry myself, i wouldnt dream of being this unprofessional. i definitely wouldnt expect repeat business with the attitude that she has. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO HER OFFICE AND WILL SHARE MY STORY WITH ANYONE WHO IS POTENTIALLY CONSIDERING IT.
