This management company has been a huge disappointment. They have not made a difference in our park since they began managing it. I had high hopes things would improve, but to date they have not. In fact, things have gotten worse. When contacted the person who is responsible for our park ignores phone calls and e-mails, which is unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. Frankly, they suck! I gave them a one star because I had to, but they deserve less. Lau the owner says to contact him. Why? So, he can makes excuses and justify their lack of management skills?

This is a fantastic management company, but I guess you can't please everyone.

Star Rating ZERO but we must press something it says. I agree with the comment above. I've lived here in Escondido many years and the Management is a joke! Delmy does not answer and the Manager's on site are just rent collector's. We've had many cases where kids are starting fires, kids are inside laundry dryers, spray painting, all on PARK PROPERTY and these Manager's want "us" to call Police. They also tell us the owner's will shut down the Park if we complain and we will be homeless. This was heard by many so people are scared. Their rules are from 2003 and it was a Senior Park and they violated most of the rules making them void. We have no 2013 rules and the laziest people in charge.

This management company is so unreasonably strict on its mobile homes communities. They focus on ridiculous parking violations while some of the mobile parks they manage have way other issues that are far more important. I spoke to Delmy Solano about some issues regarding the mobile home park I live in and she spoke over me most of time, she didn't let me get my suggestions in and when she did she quickly dismissed them. She's not even familiar with the mobile home residency law handbook which has all the mobile home laws! She condradicted what the law says! She was so rude and unprofessional! they don't care about accommodating their residents. They can care less!!
