        Overall

        After being told the latch of my microwave/hood was broken. The technician failed to fix and told me it was the motherboard for a replacement cost of over $300. My husband came home and repaired to door latch in five minutes. The manager refused to refund my "diagnostic" service charge of $80, despite her technician's gross failure.
