So far I like this day spa I never ever had this type of services… amazing services I got.. and this was very awesome place and very relaxing rooms and environment was very good.

Terrible! The owner has no bedside manners, probably the rudest in this business, anyways I would not care about bedside manners as long as the work is done right. The owner took less than 15 seconds to thread my eyebrows and in the process, widened the gap between my eyebrows from my one side. She was so careless and paid no attention to the shape and size of the eyebrows and just messed it up completely. I'm never ever stepping into this New Look salon. Wonder how she's surviving!

This spa ensures every therapist have a full knowledge on various laser treatments and the precautions to be followed before and after the treatments and I’m enjoying the most.

I experienced the shahnaz gold facial this time and the service is very nice... the way they receive and treat is very nice...

I have experienced my first treatment for my thighs. It lasts for about 20 min. I feel a little pain which is bearable but after an hour every thing is normal. Feeling very optimistic about my results… As they said it takes 3 sessions to see the change… up to now the service is quite satisfying...

I go to New Look Day Spa And Laser for waxing and she is wonderful. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a brazilian wax and fears the pain. She totally makes you comfortable and at ease.
