Supreme Pool Service

We had 5 different quotes for Pool and Patio repair work back in 2011 and Supreme Pool Services was the one with the best price and they quaranteed their work.
They did a fantastic job!
They still do our yearly service of our pool and they are compatible (even less) with all pool companies I have checked with and they do an excellent job.
Milton and his crew always back up their work and if we have a party coming up, we just let them know in advance and they will give us an extra "sweep" before the party and an extra "clean-up" after the party, to get us back to normal again.

I retained the services of Supreme Pool Service Inc. of Herndon, Virginia in 2013 to maintain and service my large two stage water fountain that involves vast plumbing and heavy duty water pumps. I have been very satisfied with the high caliber of knowledge, experience and courtesy of SPS's principle, Milton Munguia, and his team. They have met every issue with determination and a positive results oriented solution. You can't go wrong with SPS on you team!

1st appointment was set between 5 to 7 pm and he called that he is in the area that he will be there in 20 minutes. It was rescheduled to another day. He called to say that he cant find our address that his gps has a virus but he came to our house before. He came almost 3 hours later and the quote he is asking is 10 grand for a cheap material. If he wasted your time waiting and asking for outrageous amount to fix your pool. Not even knowing if the next time he comes to your house he cant get there the time that he is scheduled. What more if you have a contract can you expect from this company if you hire to fix your pool. Stay away.

The owner is Nelson who is the only person who will answer the phone. He will tell you to text your phone number and address to come to your house. On the day that he was schedule to come he said that he will come between 5 to 7 pm. Then he calls to say that he is on the area will be there in 20 minutes. But told him we cant see him because our appointment was 5 to 7 pm. It was rescheduled to 830 am. but it was rescheduled again in the afternoon after 5. He called that he is on the way and we called again to find out where he was. He said that his gps is telling different direction. but he was able to come here before. We told him that he came here before. He came saying that he is near and cant find our street. We called him several times and it just went to a voice mail. We wasted our time in contacting this company. They are not reliable. Stay away.

They show up as promised, and do the work professionally. That's all I am looking for.
