Aaron's

Had a emergency and needed a bed. Couldn't afford a new one so we decided to make payments and try Aaron's. They approved us and we had no problem making our payments. I made a payment in june a few days after our due date but the manger said it was fine. My payment was made over the phone and i made sure i got the confirmation number. A week later they call numerous times asking for another $170 payment, my fiance explained that we had already made our payment and were not due till the 15th. Were are due for another payment ,a few days late. I work,and my fiance works,i just so happened to be home when a i get a bang on my door and a man demands to come in and take my mattress and tv,no courtesy call or anything. I tell him that we will be making our payment in store, which i plan to do, again we have never missed a payment and if we have it was a few days late twice. Once we are paid off. I will NEVER. do business with this UNPROFESSIONAL business again. I fully plan on taking my business to rent a center. They need more of a professional staff and installers,our bed frame is missing bolts and we're promised a soft pillow top bed, the bed is so hard i had to use a egg crate topper and a down comforter for comfort. Worst lease i ever got myself into.
