        They are no good. They don't ...

        They are not good. They don't enforce the municipal codes. It does no good to call them because they don't do anything to help people if you are attacked by a dog. They will take action if a dog is attacked by another dog, but they don't care if a person is attacked by a dog. I know because It happened to me.
