Estrella Insurance - # 267

From business to business very unprofessional. Called to handle business with this company and needed documentation faxed over. All i needed was just to fax over a declaration page with a correct lean holder on it. I had to call in total of 6 time. Out of the 6th time , I was told by 2 different people that there sending it right over. Never recieved the fax and when I called again they hung up on me twice and the last time I called they didnt even answer just put me on hold for over 10 min than hung up on me again. Now its a total of 3 hours that I been trying to obtain this document and still haven't received it and estrella insurance agency 267 just hang up on me. I been in the automobile business for over 10 years and never experienced this type of treatmeant. Over somtimes so little. Estella insurance is a good company but agency 267 is a joke. Thank you for the bad service.
