If I could give it less than 1, I would. I did not get passed the paperwork. One of the forms you MUST sign to be seen basically says, that since they are unable to get malpractice insurance, you "the Patient" agree to get insurance to cover them in the event that their negligence causes any liability. Not only that, that you will pay their legal fees if it goes to court. I can't imagine that anyone reading this form would sign it.

This place Needs to be Shown to people as how it is. The Customer service provided by the Owners of the place should be the most Important one. When the owners approach you helping you and understanding the issues, you can tell the place is ran by the right people, and the employees will follow the same norms. I do not recommend this place at all. The Owners should understand by now How important it is to treat customers the way they expect to be treated, especially when they are paying for a service, and They are providing that service. Customer Service training are offered Online, and can be purchased by companies. The owners Should do this at least Twice a year, to see if they understand How important this is. I have never had issues with the employees there, I give all Kudos because so far they have done great job, and they deserve to be recognized, however is a shame that the Owners are the main reason for the bad reviews.
