Palmetto Rehab and Health Center

I wouldn't even put my DOG in that Facility!!!! The animal shelter provides better service then this rehab!!!! My grandfather almost died from total neglect of the staff and was recently transferred to the hospital for dehydration and disorientation. This rehab kept giving him Klonopin 5 times a day to avoid Therapies & make that an excuse to kick him out.Never did any family member authorize this drug. My grandfather stopped walking, socializing and eating because he was drugged all day.The food was disgusting, not even my Dog would eat it.They left him all day stranded on the bed and did not change his diapers leaving his testicles with soars including other parts of the body.The hospital took pictures of this and has it on record. My grandfather since then has been transferred to a different rehab facility and he has recovered 90%. He is eating on his own, walking and speaking again. People need to hear what this place is like since the rehab is not willing to change for the better.
