Hair It Is

I should have left within 2 seconds after the stylist noticed me and told me to come on. I knew right then something wasnt right. I didn't enjoy any of my experience at this place. I don't like that she was talking what she'd do to a bird if it landed on her head, even though she was chattering on about it with another stylist who had an experience at the zoo with birds and having them come to her with her holding nectar water for them.. I didn't care for the manner of scissor wielding in front of my face as she seemed a little too fast and careless. My hair was uneven on one side but i decided not to go back to let her adjust it. I won't go back.

I went to "Hair It Is" hoping to achieve the look that I wished for; I even brought a picture of the models hair that I wanted. They gave anything but what I wanted. I've tried to tell the hairdressers that my hair looks nothing like the models. They simply said if I don't like it I can go to another salon and fix it. When I asked if they can fix it or simply refund me 50% back they said no and was going to charge me if they have to fix it. I have never dealt with such rude people in my life. The hairdressers were tag teaming me saying how they gave me the exact look that I wanted. They even said it looks exactly like the models hair when I ask them to be honest with me. I wasted $125 on something I did not ask for. From my experience with them I cannot call them professionals due to the way they treated me, rolled their eyes, had each others back when they can clearly see that my hair is nothing that I asked of. I asked if they have policies or rules or a satisfaction policy/refund but the hairdresser said no. I have never met a business that don t have any policy or rules. I will never go back to "Hair It Is" and I do not recommend their services.

I had a great experience at Hair It Is. The staff was friendly 15 to 30 yrs experience in the salon. Great prices. Loved my hair. They do a wonderful job. And was most recently voted Catawba Counties FINEST.
