Windsor Laundry

I WAS KICKED OUT. First: their hours are not posted. Their signage implies they are open 24/7. This is not true apparently. I started 2 loads of laundry(work clothes and towels) on a Sunday evening at 9:45. Only after I paid $5.50 & $6.25 for the big washers was I told that they closed at 10. She saw me walk in and let me start the washers before opening her mouth; she was standing at the entrance when I arrived. I apologized; I was honestly under the impression that they were open all night. She said she would stay to wait for my clothes to dry.

Once my clothes were in the dryers she continuously gave me dirty looks, kept checking the times on the dryers, and told me she wasn't getting paid to wait for me. At 10:50 she told me I had to leave at 11. My stuff had only been in the dryers for 20 minutes. I had to unload wet clothes and sopping towels and get out. Then I had to find a new laundromat in the morning and pay even more money to dry my clothes and towels.

This business is fantastic! Great customer service. As far as the previous reviewers experience, absolutely cannot believe it happened that way. I have been going here for years and have never been treated badly. Joe is one of the nicest people and businessmen I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Joe and his staff have always gone out of their way to be sure I am happy. Perhaps the previous reviewer had an aggressive attitude. Will only go to this laundromat and will only use them for my dry cleaning needs. Keep up the good work Windsor!
