I wish I had read the reviews on this "company". I hired them to put rubber on some pool table rails, then install & felt the table. They came to pick up the rails, along with a $149 down payment. Well, after countless phone calls, I finally got ahold of them & said I wanted my rails and my money back. They delivered the rails, but not the money. I was promised many times that a check would be cut. I have been more than patient with the owner, Chris Kerr, but today I had to file a complaint with the BBB, and am now posting as many reviews as possible so no one falls for these jokers (and thieves).

I had purchased a pool table and they were able to meet me at the sellers house less than 24 hours after we had spoke. They then brought the table to my home location for install. Install went as planned.. They stated after the table settles in a month or two give us a call and it would be no additional charge to level out the table. Now that a month or two has passed since the install I have called multiple times and get no call backs.When calling the primary number you will get no answer. In the voicemail it provides a cell number for someone at this company to call if you need to speak with someone at that moment. Well, I called and no answer. I have left multiple messages at both the primary and the cell numbers provided and have not had my call returned. I have been trying to reach someone there for days. I know this is not a life or death situtation but coming from a customer service industry, their customer service is very poor!!SO MUCH FOR 24 HOUR SERVICE!!!! The website also states 100% satisfaction guranteed...HAHA.

Just purchased multiple tables from game vendor in Columbus, after calling multiple company's these guys were able to come through and help us with the move. Apparently pool tables come built different ways and the ones we purchased are 1 solid piece of slate vs 3, apparently this makes a big difference since everyone else told me they couldn't do the move. After the crew of 3 showed up they got right to work and knocked it out like it was cake even changing the cloth to black. Everything looks great, we would use them again down the road

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

After not showing up 3 times to assemble my pool table, I am stuck with a table that has felt coming off of 3 rails, loose felt on the slate, and is EXTREMELY unlevel.

These guys talk like they know what they're doing, but their quality is a joke and their service is even worse. They now ignore my calls, and refuse to reply to voicemails/texts. Even though their work comes with a "warranty".



I recommend to everyone to avoid this company at all costs, and spend your money on a true professional....not these guys!
