One of their trucks ran a yield sign at the traffic circle at Erwin and 751 in Durham, forcing me to slam on my brakes to avoid a collision. (I was already in the traffic circle.) I called the business to complain. I was hung up on twice. This was after one sentence each time, not after some nasty argument. The second time, I did get rude comment before the click. I have to take this as an example of their customer service.
