Loving Touch Nursery School

This place might be in business for a while but the quality of services is going down. my son was part of their munchkin program and from the beginning they gave me an impression of a family business which sometimes is better to avoid due to hush , hush rules. i took my son out of their program because systematically they were not organized and each month I was hit up with extra charges or my check were missing, plus according their contract I was able to receive my deposit back with a month prior notification. I did the same but after a long phone conversation with manager, she was trying to keep almost $500 because she felt she has the right to keep the money. finally after 3 months of back and forth calling I received my check in the mail and she asked for extra 2 weeks to hold on depositing it. over all they are under staff most of the times and neglecting children is their profession. One I picked up my son earlier and I found him sleeping on the floor without any pillow and cover, the teacher even didnot deny the fact that he felt sleep while ago, meanwhile she was chitchatting with the director in the same room and none of them picked up my son from the floor.

Loving Touch is an amazing place and I'm so happy I found them! As a working mother, it was important to me to find a place that would go that extra step with my child in providing not only a facility for care but also a nurturing environment. I could see I found the right place for my baby from the moment I went on the tour. The kids were all smiling, having fun and most importantly the staff were loving and caring. My son started there at 3 months old and is still very happily attending the nursery. My son is progressed appropriately, if not beyond, in his developmental skills and is making wonderful friends thanks to the great environment at LTNS. I HIGHLY recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a positive, nurturing environment for their child.

As the parent of a toddler, I could not be happier at Loving 'Touch Nursery School! My son was in a larger school and I felt he were lost in the shuffle. When I met with the Director, she did not try to sell me on the school, she took time to answer all my questions. She also allowed me to spend alone with the teacher in the classroom my son would be spending his days in. She invited me back with my son for circle time. After spending time there I knew that this was more than a job for her, it is her passion! My son has been happy and now looks forward to going to school every morning. and I can go to work without guilt. Thank you Loving Touch for being a nurturing, loving environment.
