This business is the most unprofessionally run property management service that I have ever worked with. Andy Pracht, the owner and manager, is difficult to work with and is extremely rude. He failed to notify us of an increase in rent until the day before our lease agreement had to be signed for another annual lease extension, leaving us with no other options. When I called to inquire about the increase in rent, he never returned my phone call. Because of this, i decided to speak with him in person at his office, and to my disbelief, he would not even give me two minutes of time to answer my question; he never even once looked up from his computer to acknowledge my presence. I am an educated professional myself, and am in shock that a business can be run in such an unprofessional manner. I absolutely would not recommend that anyone rent through this company.
