        Caring Insightful Therapist

        Courtney Armstrong not only is adept at traditional "talk therapy," but she also uses hypnosis to get to the basis of trauma. She has great insight and is nurturing and non-judgemental. She has helped me enormously to unpack a lot of emotional "baggage."
