Indian Way Limo

I called and made a reservation two days in advance for a pickup at the Embassy Suites in Elizabeth, NJ for 5:45PM. At 5:50 I called to ask where the taxi was, no one answered. I called again and after several rings a guy answers and I tell him about my reservation and he says I don't see it here. I explain I have a very important meeting in Hoboken. He say "Oh I see it here, I didn't turn the page". I had no choose but to say how soon can someone be here, he says 15 to 20 mins. I say OK and 30 mins later I call again and he say he will have the driver call me. By now its 6:30!! The driver calls and says he's 10 mins away. He finally arrives and it takes another 40 mins to get to my meeting. I'm 1 1/2 hours late, not good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As others have said they don't answer their phone and are definitely not reliably!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Find someone else!!!!!!!!!
