Flextech Television is the content division of Telewest Broadband, a broadband communications and media group. Its branded content, coupled with Telewest's broadband network, allows the group to capture the market for broadband products, including voice, video and interactive services, across multiple platforms. Flextech Television consists of numerous wholly owned channels. The company also has business interests in transactional channels such as Screenshop, bid tv, channel price-drop tv and speed auction tv. Flextech Television holds a 50 percent partnership in UKTV, which is a joint venture with the British Broadcasting Corporation Worldwide. Telewest Broadband and Flextech Television together is one of the largest suppliers of basic channels to the United Kingdom pay-television market, with a portfolio that combines wholly owned and managed channels. The company is headquartered in Woking, Surrey.
