The Ottawa County s Hipline is a mental health crisis assistance service. It includes 24-hour emergency response solutions. The service works with individuals to determine what needs to be done for resolving crisis situations. The Ottawa County s Hipline features toll-free calling options. The service is provided by the Community Mental Health department of Ottawa County in Michigan. The department serves people with developmental disabilities and serious mental illnesses. It assesses symptoms, monitor medications and determine service needs. In addition, the Community Mental Health department offers occupational, physical and speech therapies. The department provides assistance with issues concerning depression, anxiety and emotional disturbance.
