Woodside Terrace

Have rented here for almost 3 yrs. They are ridiculous. Harassing. Gave me a notice to replace my mini blinds when three of the little edge pieces were broke off of one of the mini blinds. Gave me a parking violation when I had guests and had to park a car on the street. But the very next day just from my street to the front of the park (I live on the main street not quite to the half way point), there were 21 cars parked on the street. They took a picture of my lawn during a time when it had been raining for 3 days straight, some of the dandelions and weeds in the front of the house were tall, but the grass wasn't, and the side of the house also wasn't tall or long, they mowed the grass without giving me a warning to mow or else and then charged $35. Now I get a parking violation for having one of my cars parked in my driveway without being registered. I pay insurance and car payments on this vehicle and it is not dumpy. Every year they want to raise my rent by $40 a month.

Over priced poor maintenance they lie straight to your face a house is better and cheaper good school district.
