CRC Appliance Repair Service

I called CRC Appliance Repair to come out to my house and service our Freezer as well as our Washing machine. Their technician that had been sent out was not only very helpful in explaining the diagnosis to us, but also gave us a very honest opinion which led us to choose not to proceed with the repairs to the freezer do to the price of parts. Two days later our parts had came in and our washing machine was fixed and working like a charm. My husband and I then decided to pay a visit to CRC's appliance store to see about replacing our freezer. A Friendly sales woman helped me find another freezer for close to half the price it would have been to fix my own. I will definitely be telling my friends and family about this repair service and will continue to use them if future problems occur.

This company was horriable! I called them at 10am because I had no hot water and my hot water heater tank would not lite. They said they would be out to my home between 1-4. At 3pm my husband called them and they said someone couldn't find our street. We live 2 miles from the Fowlerville location!!! No one called us! They were very rude on the phone and said they would call the tech to see if he could come out today. 1 hour later still no return call back!!! I will NOT send ANY business to them!!!! I would rather pay more for a service not in my area.
