        The average college student I recently read spends over $80k on a 4 year education. I have spent that many times over with professional coaching and numerous seminars and books. I take great pride to make sure that I am educated in the realm of resedential real estate. There isn't much that I have encountered that I haven't been able to solve. From managing a Re/max office of over 30 agents to a team of specialized assistants. In closing or supervising over 1,000's of homes in my 20+ year career, I have learned alot that most agents will never learn. First and most important is getting the job done in which I was hired to do. Amazing how many people lose site of this.
