First Baptist Church of Hollywood

We visited First Baptist Church over a year ago when we were looking for a church where the Word of God was taught and lived out.

We experienced from the first time we visited the love and peace of the Lord. We also experienced wonderful teaching and preaching.

The pastor (David Hecht) is a great servant of the Lord and with his Jewish background gives a very accurate and unique biblical understanding of the Scriptures.

Right away we knew this was the place where God wanted us to learn, to grow, and to be used in reaching out to others with the Good News of the gospel of Jesus Christ.



If you want to meet the Lord or if you do not have a church you attend regularly, I encourage to come and visit First Baptist Church of Hollywood and see what the Lord will do in your life.

Attended a very large Baptist for 30 years or so. Then helped Plant a new church in West Broward. Was there 6 years. Then we found a good old fashioned Baptist only 5 minutes from our house.



It is the most loving church we have ever found, and have served there for just of 4 years. Our Pastor David Hecht is a messianic Jew who loves the Lord, Known the Scriptures very well, and is the most kind hearted, and loving man we have ever known.

Since the very first time my wife and I had visited this church, you can just feel the loving kindness of the people. They all make you feel right at home. What a great place to worship the Lord Jesus Christ. The Pastor David W. Hecht what a preacher. We knew right off that this was the church for us.

The Sunday morning bible study is the best I have ever been to.
