Keep your money in your pocket. I went in for the swing consultation and was evaluated then sold a package of lessons. Next visit was an analysis of my clubs. When I made my next appointment for the first real lesson the instructor did not show up and after waiting for him 45 minutes I left. No one in the store could explain where the Golftec guys were--( Golftec is located in Golfsmith.) Afterwards, my online appointment magically disappeared . When I called the home office they said they could not explain how that happened but they would follow up and the location manager would call.

Did either happen? No, but the instructor called later with a lame excuse. It was obvious he forgot or just messed up and was covering his tracks. Basically no respect for my time or how he wasted it.

Honestly, they are there to sell you a bundle of lessons, collect a commission and move on. By the way, no refund on any lessons after 25 days .

Signed up for 25 lessons and after 11 lessons, the instructor left the company. Not desiring to start over, the company is not willing to refund my remaining balance. This is very poor customer service.
