I purchased my car here and they all took really good care of me. I ended up needing a plate and they got it for me the same day at the cheapest cost ever!



Something was wrong with the car and they fixed it up right away no questions asked and at no cost to me!



Best customer service I have ever seen!!! I would most definitely recommend them to anyone.

If you want to find a car that's backed by a good solid dealership, go somewhere else. After finding a car that interested me, I called and completed an application, but unfortunately never got a call back to confirm whether or not I got approved. When filling out the application, a sales rep was there to help get my information; who indicated he'll call back...never did. I guess if your results come back anything else than their standards, it's going straight in the garbage and forget it pile. Look for somewhere with better customer service practices, and avoid incurring the hard inquiry on your credit for nothing.

I would never recommend this company to anyone! Did business with them and totally regret it. Their customer service is the worst. I have had to hound them about getting my registration, day after day. They always tell me, "let me look, ill call you back in 30 minutes" . After a hour and a half goes by I call them, now the lady is not in today, but i talked to her a hour and a half ago... weird. All in all if you don't want to be swindled by a bunch of scum used car dealers don't go here. Plenty of other places to go. BTW would give no stars but not a option.

These are a great group of people very organized helped me with all of my questions and financing no preassure i went in the store test drove the vehicle i wanted they got me the best financing they could accomodate me because i had bad credit and two days later i walked in and signed and drove. Would defenetly reccomend

I have to say that RDM Luxury Imports is about as dishonest as dealerships come. I arrived there today to purchase a car from them after negotiating a price. Then when I sit down with the salesman I am informed that the price does not include their fee of $1950!
