They are very friendly when you first go there, but they do not do a great job maintaining the property, and when you complain they treat you as if you are asking for too much. I put up with less than ideal ground maintenance for four years. I said that what they were doing was not working and they had to try something else. Then they only followed through on half of what they said they would do, and when I pointed that out, they told me I was wrong.
