Our forward Domestic A/C unit was shutting down with an HP code. Ivan arrived and, in short order, determined that the base problem was likely two lightly corroded pins on the cable connector at the condenser. He replaced this jumper and also determined that the display was malfunctioning as it wouldn’t let him reset or calibrate. This unit has been acting oddly with an occasional quivering display. He replaced the display, gave me some additional advice and observations on the systems. Very competent, informative, courteous. I’m very pleased.
