Honeybrook Pharmacy

I've been using Honey Brook Pharmacy for over a year since we moved to Honey Brook and they have provided excellent customer service every single time. Their hours make picking up prescriptions convenient as does their delivery service! ( which is free) Every attendant in the pharmacy has greeted me in person or over the phone with a pleasant attitude and have always been helpful! By far the friendliest pharmacy I've ever worked with!

Tony the pharmacist is extremely rude and unwilling to help his customers. I cannot imagine that this little pharmacy is so busy that it justifies his refusal to call pharmacy services to find out what he was doing wrong when entering a customer's insurance information for a claim. Instead he told the customer they didn't have prescription coverage and sent them away for 4 days without their medication. Tony has no phone manners or professionalism whatsoever.

Tony is a subpar pharmacist and not worth your time or money. His products are often expired and/or over priced the knowledge of the pharmaceutical staff is abysmal. In my career as a pharmaceutical representative I have never dealt with a stereotypical greed/ignorance as I have with Tony. I warned all the local physicians about this place. I would give it zero stars if possible, bc 1 star is too kind. His soul purpose is to switch the Rx to a generic and convince you it's the same. The fact is they are not the same, but he'll try to convince you. Trust your Dr not the pill pusher.

The people who work there are outwardly friendly but make faces and comments when they think you aren't looking. I've been in there three times and had the same experience each time. This is very unprofessional and childish. I will not be going back.

They are very friendly, helpful, and you call in your order and it's ready within an hour. Any problems they work hard to get it straighten out for you. You don't the care they give from chain drug stores. And they know who you are!







They know you when walk in, they take the time to straighten out any problems you might have with your order. And they're fast, you rarely wait longer then five minutes. They're great. You won't get this personal care from the chain drug stores.

THEY ARE THE WORST PHARMACY IN THE WORLD!



THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE & ATTITUDE ARE THE WORST I EVER ENCOUNTERED, ANYWHERE!
