        worst customer service

        i spoke to lady "chay"trying to order some flowers. She was rude, she said i cant look at the flowers before i order them. Who wants to order something that they havent seen. She hung up the phone middle of the conversation. I was trying to order 250 orchids 700 roses and 300 Cala LILLIEs. she gave me bad service and she lost big business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
