I am a business owner so i definitely know what to look for as far as service in a company. This company did a great job. We actually had another company(unnamed) come and clean our dryer vents which they didnt do such a great job even after coming out twice to reclean them. Platinum Air Duct is very efficient and has a camera system that showed me live images of what the other company missed. Customer Service was great, and they did an outstanding job.
