The sales people were very nice. Bought a dining room set and a chair 2 months ago. While cleaning the table with a soft cloth only a piece of the finish came off of the table top. The sent a "trained" rep out to my house to look at it. Because my table had a small scratch that is barely vidible at the other side of the table, they will not make my table good. They said it is customer caused because of the other scratch. Will never buy from them again!

I would love to give less than 1 star but seems I cant.......but I just want to say how disappointed I am with rooms to go, I ordered a queen size sleigh bed, dresser and mattress set scheduled to be delivered today, had to take the day off work to be here for the delivery, and the driver stops at my driveway for a second and then just keeps going, made a note on my account that I wouldn't answer the phone and he couldn't make it up my driveway, there is nothing wrong with my driveway and NO ONE has ever had a problem with it before, including the first delivery driver from rooms to go that delivered my daughter's bed back in October. When I called to find out what the problem was the customer care rep was less than considerate. I will never order from here again.

WORST DELIVERY TEAM EVER

One guy came in my home with a cigarette and the driver refused to even bring my furniture in because he said it wouldn't fit and had the audacity to tell me u can get ur money back if u want too I been working for rtg for 10 years and they gone believe me in his straight from the hood voice. The smoker was wearing a skully in 80 degree weather, sooooo professional don't you think. NEVER AGAIN.

I dont know why everyone is complaining about their delivery timeframes, I called the store and spoke to a salesperson; they were quite upfront about not being able to give a time frame on all deliveries, but they delivered my set 2 days after i bought it!!! They were competetively priced without the run around, kinda like carmax.

Though they werent 100% perfect, I can say that a week after the delivery I feel like I got a great deal.

The customer service in the showroom is perfect, but unfortunately when you step out of the door after paying hundreds or even thousands on furniture, you're on your own. Since my sofa was scheduled for a Monday delivery, they apparently cannot give you any kind of window other than the delivery hours of 7am-10pm. Am I supposed to wait at home for this entire time frame? Ridiculous. I called customer service and asked what I should do if I am not able to be here for the delivery. She informed me that I must wait TWO BUSINESS DAYS and THEN call to reschedule my delivery. I have already waited 2 weeks for this couch. DO NOT ORDER FURNITURE FROM THIS PLACE.

The absolute worst customer service I've experienced. The furniture was delivered broken and wet the first round. A week later, suppose to be here between 10 and 2. After two I called and was told they were three hours behind. My second day off waiting on delivery. At this point, called the store and got no help at all from the receptionist, Winta or Winka or whatever her name was. Even after we asked for the manager Scott and explained how we were ready to return the furniture, it seemed they didn't mind. Scotts meeting we were told he was in must be really important.So we are returning the product and starting our search for new living room furniture elsewhere.

Be warned: cheap furniture, less-than-truthful salespeople, and rude repairmen that actually make your new furniture worse.



Rooms to go is a terrible decision no matter what the price. I was a little concerned about the microsuede fabric on a sofa/loveseat set I was interested in but the saleswoman assured me that it would not stretch and sag and look "cheap". Granted I did not believe that this would be true for the life of the set, but within about one and a half months the microsuede was starting to wrinkle up and look the same cheap way I had been assured would not happen. Okay, fine, my fault for believing a salesperson who works on commission.



About five months after purchasing the set, the front panel of the loveseat broke and tore through the fabric at the bottom. It looked terrible. I called out a repairman who didn't show up when scheduled and was rude and accusatory ("Why did you do this to the couch?" was the first thing he asked me, as if I had done it on purpose) the entire time he was in my home despite offering him drinks, food, and never once giving him an excuse to dislike me (I have seriously never had a problem with a repairman before this). Fast forward to a year and a half after the repair (today). I notice that the loveseat is broken again, so I go to look and see if there is something I can do to fix it myself. It is then that I discover the repairman had not actually FIXED the problem, instead he had removed some screws and then stapled the fabric all back up so that the flimsy microsuede and felt were the only thing holding the plywood board (and anyone who sits over it) in place.



I call customer service immediately and I am informed that although their repairman caused the damage by not properly fixing it the first time when I was under warranty, that they will not be doing anything to fix it because I am no longer under warranty.



DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Go find a sale at a more professional store.

The service in the showroom was good, a little pushy, but good overall. The delivery, on the other hand, was a nightmare. They literally pushed our new furniture off of the back of the truck and let it crash to the ground. Once all the pieces were in place, we noticed spots all over one of the chairs and I ask one of the delivery guys about it and he was VERY rude and advised me that he "just picks the stuff up" and couldn't help me. When we called to complain, we were basically told "oh well, sorry". I will NEVER purchase furniture from them again.

It is now 3:35 and my furniture was supposed to be here between 7 and 10 a.m. They called at 1:45 and told me that they were in a neighboring town and would be here shortly. When I finally found the number to call to find out when they were going to bring my furniture they told me that they were just getting to their first stop. (Now who am I supposed to believe?????) My half day off work (a Monday) turned into a full day and my afternoon appointment has now been cancelled. My neighbor had a similar experience and had to cancel the first delivery time. The next time that they would be able to deliver their furniture would be two weeks later. I opted to stay and wait on mine...I guess I will call for my supper to be delivered too...they guarantee delivery within an hour!!!
