        Overall

        I have been using A HAINES as my heating company for 18 yrs. They have been nothing but nice and friendly. I always have had great fast service. I don't know who Will C. is but it appears to me that he must be one of those people who are never satisfied. A HAINES HEATING is liked by everyone I know. He comes highly recommended.

        Overall

        I wish I could give them 0 stars. Very unprofessional. I had them come for a cleaning and the furnace has not run right since. They came back (while I was at work and my Son was home) to fix it and told me that I need a transformer (I didn't I tested mine) and charged me full retail price for an old used transformer. The furnace still is not work properly.
