I locked my self out of my car and my apartment late at night he was the only one open and he came and did his thing and got me in...He’s really professional.

I locked my keys in my trunk of my car & I have road side assist call me a lock smith which they called Glover's in Hopkinsville Ky. Glover's told the road side assistance that it was a dealer only key and they could not help with my keys locked in the trunk it would have to be towed to a dealer. So I told Roadside assistance That I did not want to be towed,so I went to Starbucks to get me a Latte and I ask the guy that waited on me if he Knew a good lock smith that could help me and I told him my situation, and he gave me Brian Steele's number and within 15 min. he was there at walmart and was in my trunk within 5 mins. So he was very professional and Knew what he was doing. He was also inexpensive comparing to some Lock smith. So if you ever lock your keys in your car or the trunk call him! You will not be disappointed!

This is a prompt, excellent service. Mr. Steele worked with two existing door locks to repair them, largely because he keeps such a good inventory of parts. One lock had ceased to work, and the other gave us fits to to turn the key. Mr. Steele is very personable and explains things well. He is now our go to locksmith.
