        My family and I had a horrible experience here. The rooms are worn down, stained, and falling apart in some cases. Holes in the wall. Outlets don’t work. Also, BEDBUGS in the bed, so needless to say we left and got our money back. We have spoken with 3 different staff members and never once received an apology. They did thank us for letting them know about the outlet issue. They weren’t straight out rude but I don’t feel like they treated us as we should have been treated after having such a nightmare experience at this hotel. DONT STAY HERE.
