Caribbean Cuisine

When i first visited this resturant the first thing that i noticed was the music playing in the back drop of people eating with their families,as i looked onward i glanced at the people plates and what they were eating and well enough i was ready to order.I chose the curry goat it was good but a little dry on the gravy/sauce side.The roti was excellent with flavor very robust i must that my taste buds were popping. Oh i almost forgot the goat was very TENDER;but i like it like that.
