Hotel ZaZa Museum District

Loved our stay! Reda was wonderful! We hope to return soon. Great hotel. Very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Zaza!

Carol made the credit card authorization form very easy. She had wonderful patience with me and the weekend went off without a hitch.

This was my first time in Houston. I'd be happy if I had the occasion to return and I would look into Hotel ZaZa first.

I had purchased the Spring Package for my son and daughter-in-law, as a birthday gift. The location of the Zaza is perfect for getting anywhere in Uptown. The forward thinking of the 10 $2.00 bills at check-out is a very clever reminder of how unique Zaza is in every aspect.

Mary was excellent at check-in. She even went out of her way to have complimentary champagne an strawberries sent to the room to help us celebrate our anniversary.

Phenomenal experience. We were treated like royalty. The room was great. Had to wait a little longer than expected at check in, but really enjoyed our stay.

Best staff I have seen (I travel a lot). Very nice experience and worth the money. All the ladies who work the pool area are great.

Very nice room and we appreciate the dog friendly atmosphere. Great location too!

Everyone was very helpful and my room was on the 9th floor, with the view of the west; over the park, toward Rice was splendid. Loved the transparent glass sink and the excellent shower.
