Found them on next-door gave them a shot and i was really impressed with there excellent customer service, the atmosphere, and what really sealed the deal or was their PRICES!!! I did my whole home and i saved nearly 30% other places where charging me out of the ass. I defently recommend them. They do have the better deals than the other companies it's really good quality as well.

Salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. He discussed the pros and cons of each type of flooring and even helped us match the current hardwood to vinyl planks. The installation was speedy and the price was unbeatable.

I bought a new home in August . I used them to install my wood floors they did a great job. They had a big selection unlike other stores the quality was great and the best part was the affordable prices.

Titus acted with professionalism at first. His big seller was that tile is cut perfect. We got the tile, shorted a box, some were chipped out of the box, not all lined up evenly claimed they would. I wanted a morning start- Titus said "10 or 11 because they pick up materials first". I was okay with that. I had to call due to no one arriving. Stephanie said noon latest. Noon came-we got the excuse that they'd as multiple stops, which should have been planned when they set up our install. Then she said titus should have told us 9-12. We were NEVER told that. I called at 12 and was told 1230. Then 1, then 1:30. At 1:30 they arrived-prep was started. I can see tile is not all cut well-doesn't line up flush with other pieces in the box like in the sales pitch. His reference to 2nd quality was clearly a sales pitch we fell for- of course what's set up in store is what he uses to sell.

I've been asking for an invoice of labor, supplies, fees, taxes, and cc fee which is like pulling teeth.

Houston Flooring Warehouse just changed the game on discount carpets and flooring as far as I'm concerned. Who woulda thought that we could be in and out of the store in a few hours one day after work.

Would definetly recommend Houston Flooring Warehouse. Prices are far better than other stores, and they had what we wanted in stock and the owner made special arrangements to have it delivered and installed the next day! Great Service!

Say What?? I never leave reviews on line but I had to thank the team over at Houston Flooring Warehouse for treating me like more than a customer and saving me a load of money on my carpeting and hardwood flooring. I will refer them to everyone I know in Houston, TX. A++
