Best decision I ever made! I became an unlimited member after my first class. It’s never boring and it’s a great full body workout. The instructors are helpful and they always motivate you!

This is the best thing I have ever done! Clean, professional, and soo worth the money! Ann Marie is such a good trainer. She was very patient with me on my first day and automatically got me hooked! I am so happy to be unlimited member!

I love kickboxing. The trainers at the Heights location are awesome. I look forward to every class. It was just amazing to workout with you guys!

If you're looking for a good full body workout iLoveKickboxing is the place. The staff is great and so motivating. I've been a member since October 2018 and its definitely helped me get and stay in shape. It's so much fun! Best decision I've made.

Joining ILovekickboxing - Houston Heights has been so much fun! Each class offers new challenges. The staff and other members are really encouraging. I feel so much better after each class and am always looking forward to the next one!

I joined ILKB Houston Heights hesitantly as my level of exercise was virtually non existent. But I am soooo glad I did! From the very first introductory class, the instructors were genuinely friendly and encouraging. They help you ensure your technique is correct and how to improve each and every move. Walking into each class, you are always greeted by a friendly face and always welcomed by name. Classes are tough but in a good way - you notice results fast and you begin to look forward to each one. They have events each month (DJ night, happy or pub crawl, etc) as well as keeping everyone entertained with jokes, fitness tips and class photos each and every class. For someone who has never been able to keep with a fitness routine, ILKB has me hooked!!!

This kickboxing studio is energizing! I go first thing in the morning and leave full of energy, feeling like I can conquer anything! The instructors are helpful and knowledgeable. The music is awesome. I feel like I am starting to gain strength and coordination, as well as lose some weight. They make modifications for you but still push you to your limit. This is the most fun, challenging workout I have ever done!

The last couple of months has truly been a lifestyle change for the best, for both me and my husband. We went from not going to the gym we pay each month even once a week to kickboxing classes 3 -4 times a week. The workouts are tough, but the awesome instructors, the music, the rest of the ILKB fam and whole atmosphere keep me going and give me the energy I need to have a great sweat. I can see results already in how my clothes fit and in the strength I've gained.

I was nervous coming to my first class at iLoveKickboxing Houston Heights, but I was greeted at the door by name and everyone was so welcoming! I learned the basics quickly and every class gave me more confidence. They incorporate cardio and body weight exercises to really get your body working. Once you get the hang of it, you'll feel a rush of power, endurance and strength. Even when I was injured (from lifting weights), they were checking in on me to make sure I was doing alright and sending positive messages encouraging me to come back to class as soon as I was ready. My old gym never had that level of care. I am glad that I finally jumped in and gave it a try!

I love being a member here!!! Great location, cool instructors and amazing workouts plus nice partners !!! I love working out here for sooo many reason like: 1) release stress 2) get back in shape 3) a life style!!!
I love the feeling after every class and all the positive energy i got !! Im a very active person and i can tell you: you should try the classes at ILK HEIGHTS!!!
