Incompetent employees. How can you fail at customer service? Their only job is make crappy food and give customer service to the customers who cone to the store for a product your working for. The Jack in the box on Harrisburg Blvd in magolia park area has the worst employees I have ever seen. I have been a manger at a fast food restaurant in my past and I would never treat customers the way these people treat me and my husband. This particular day I'm referring to is today the employee charged me for a medium water cup and pocketed my 50 cents. When I asked for a receipt for my purchase of this cup she asked if I was getting an attitude? No I'm a paying customer I bought food and my husband can't have caffeine so I asked for a water cup. Im allowed as a consumer to receive receipt for all purchases. I will not be spending my money at any jack in the box stores ever again. Because when I called the corporate office they never called me back. This wasn't the first complaint I've made but this will be last. Do not go to this store.
