Penske Truck Rental

I was charged thousands of dollars for "hours of diagnosis" while very little was fixed. They were suppose to fix the toilet in the rv- it still leaks! They spent hours on stuff only to report- nothing was found. I would haul my rv straight to the dump before I ever let them lay a hand on it.

I have been to seven shops across the country. No one could repair my generator on my coach. I spent over $3000 dollars at the first seven shops I went to. Excel repaired my generator for $145.00!!

After many trips to different repair facilities I found excel. They took care of me right the first time, and I will not take my RV anywhere else now.

I was drastically overcharged. They worked for hours "?testing" but never fixed items. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
