        Overall

        Most of Vietnamese residents and families of ant other immigrants stay in silence because of their old age and language barrier that they don't want get any trouble caused by the facility.

        I wish the voice of the voiceless of our Vietnamese brothers and sisters at this facilities will be heard and addressed.
