I've been using them since 1998! They're great! The staff is always friendly, kind and courteous. I love the 24 hour access so I can get in and out whenever I need to. I have 2 storage units, one is temperature controlled and I just checked it out after 3 years away, and it's still in perfect condition! No dust, bugs or anything! I also have a large outdoor unit that makes it so easy for me to drop and pick things up from my unit!
This is the only place that I would recommend to use.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The hours are great and there is new updated entry security. Deffinatly recommend.
Ideal Storage is extremely clean and has excellent customer service. Would not hesitate to recommend to a friend!
