        Overall

        Blotchy curbing results, Phil stated he would correct this after 30 days, then gave me the runaround and said to call back in 9 (nine) months. This, after curbing over sprinkler heads and making unauthorized placement of curbing without my knowledge. Phil lied about completing the job as stated.
