Back in January, I noticed that the driver side floorboard of my SUV was wet every time it rained--and it wasn't from me tracking in water. I took it in to the dealer to get looked at, and it turns out that my windshield's seal was leaking. I paid for a new windshield. Problem solved.... BUT, the next time it rained, my floorboard was wet again. I took it back, and they said that the seal of the new windshield wasn't set good enough. They replaced it and resealed it without cost. The service guy said they spent several hours on it and knew it was done right this time. That was last week. Today, it's raining--and my floorboard is wet again. I called again and am going to have to take it back to have them look at the windshield and the rest of the car again tomorrow. Since they think they did the windshield right last time, they're not sure what the problem might be. Bottom line: I still have a leak and a wet floorboard. That's three times for the same problem.
