The Hudson Emergency Medical Service is a part of the city of Hudson, Ohio. Operational for more than 25 years, it offers life support transport ambulance services to citizens. With the support of community volunteers and staff personnel, the department covers an area of more than 20 square miles. It serves over 23,000 people and responds to approximately 1,500 emergency calls per year. The department manages a fleet of ambulances and paramedic rapid response vehicles.
