Teeth Cleaning
This was the first time I had Val as a hygienist and she was great. She did an good job with my teeth cleaning and polishing and has great communication skills - very good balance.
Fluoride Treatment
The Zoom! Whitening procedure is very simple and painless. It begins with a short preparation to protect your lips and gums. Then the application of the proprietary Zoom! Teeth Whitening Gel, which is then activated by a specially designed light. This step is repeated a few times and once complete your teeth usually become at least five to ten shades whiter. Once complete a quick fluoride treatment completes the procedure. The results are incredible and people will notice your bright white smile!

Crowns
The CEREC machine is a technological machine that can make a crown for a tooth in a matter of a few minutes. The current treatment takes at least two visits to complete. During the first appointment, the dentist prepares the area for the future crown and the crown is positioned throughout the second appointment. Throughout the time in between check outs the patient needs to wear a short-lived crown that is commonly tarnished and uncomfortable. The CEREC machine permits a crown to be made and placed all in one visit.

Root Canal Treatment
A difficult root canal, but a good outcome. No bruising, no swelling, no pain! Two tylenol as a preventative measure. I did not need them. Dr. Whistler rocks!

Dentures
Partial dentures are when you are only missing a few teeth. They are used to fill the gaps and they consist of porcelain teeth attached to a support structure than can snap into place with clasps. Partial dentures can be removed for cleaning and when you go to bed.

Dental Implants
At St Croix Valley Dentistry we can replace missing teeth. We offer full, partial dentures, and implant supported dentures. Dentures might be the solution If you are missing a large number of teeth.
