Purchased a living room set and table set that needs to be replaced after 6 months. The leather, as stated by the technician, is bad and the threading is completely wrong. The sides of my furniture is coming apart and they have repaired my sofa twice. My wooden table is chipping and now the top is cracking in a circle around the edge or seam of the able, which also has been repaired twice. I have basically paid almost $5,000 for refurbished furniture and told by customer relations managers, "Oh well, you've had the furniture since June 2014 so we are not replacing". So, yall sent me below quality furniture with bad leather and I still must pay full price for outlet furniture. NEVER AGAIN will this company receive my business and my family shops here a lot. Guess they will keep fixing the furniture until the warranty is expired then I will be buying new furniture soon since this quality will not last long at all. Customer service is poor.

DO NOT shop this store. They treat you like the King of England, then.......you sign on the dotted line and you become scum under their shoes. It has been over a week now trying to get all of our furniture delivered. We go in to the store and they would not tell us who the manager was. I weeded him out and he attached us like it was our fault and we were stupid. I am deaf and read lips. He was whispering to some woman talking about us and shaking his head, telling her about stupid customers. Dont go here. While we were there, two other people were there for the same reason as us.

Don't ever buy furniture from them- it is a awful experience. They charged me for furniture I didn't buy and now refuse to refund it to me. They are not worth your money or time. Their delivery system was a confusing mess. They delivered some stuff, told me they delivered others when they hadn't etc.

I spent over 4 thousand dollars on 3/2/10 and still to this date 4/28/10 have not recieved all my items!!
